喀什尚家宾馆

'We moved to Seman Hotel after a less than satifactory experience at Old Town Youth Hostel. Good service, in both English and Chinese. Stayed there on two seperate occasions - in the basic and in the standard rooms. Basic was 100rmb/night (advertised 150rmb) for twin beds, private bathroom which was clean, non-smoking, quiet. Standard was 280rmb/night (advertised 380rmb) for a seeminly substantially bigger and cleaner room, bigger bathroom with a seperate shower (although the water went more horizontal than vertical!).

The Seman Hotel has everything we needed either in or nearby. Wonderful English-speaking travel agents to book your KKH trip, John's Cafe with good breakfast and free internet, local street food and a gorgeous authentic Uighur restaurant down the street... we thought it was a really nice location. The hotel itself (being the old Russian consulate) was beautifully decorated although a bit on the gaudy side. Our room could have used a few improvements, though. The bed wasn't extremely comfortable but I could sleep alright on it. We had A/C thank goodness. The carpets in the room were old but beautiful (in the traditional way). The bathroom on the other hand was pretty old, grimy, and we did not enjoy having to use it. The bathtub was made of plastic and had caved downward in the center so the water pooled and you felt like you were going to fall through. They give you so little toilet paper that we found ourselves buying our own at the convenience store to bring back. But, overall it was fine. I'd recommend it for the amenities in and around the hotel if nothing else.

环境不错，有民族特色，而且价格不高，国外入境游客住该酒店的人数多，离喀什重要景区也很近，房间卫生不错，很安静。下次还会入住。

Le John's café de Kashgar est situé dans cet hôtel ce qui est assez pratique. Vous trouverez pas mal de backpackers dans cet hôtel. Possibilité de prendre des chambres en dortoirs qui reviennent encore moins cher que les chambres normales. Chambres propres, nous avons trouvé du personnel parlant anglais, salle de bain ok.
