上海好友家旅店

这家酒店要想成为一家名副其实的“商务酒店”,那得在服务和设施方面大作一番改善。我所接触到的所有服务员都很没礼貌。我在中国住过同等价位的近20家酒店,而这里到目前为止是最烂的,即便不考虑语言障碍的问题。房间的电子门非常窄,而且很薄,很容易就会坏带哦。显然这是设计的问题,但是如果你把门弄坏了,那就得从押金里扣掉30块。另外,他们也没有任何为客人准备的设施,比如开瓶器。虽然这是件小事,但是也说明了这家“商务酒店”有多差。我不认为即便是一位中国的商务人士,会接受这么差的酒店,尤其是在上海。 绝对不会住这家酒店了!

Our bathroom is dirty - when we checked in, there were stains on the toilet seat (broken) that we had to clean ourselves and the shower tray is mouldy. The room is dated - nothing like the photos. The king-sized bed is as hard as any other hotels in China but we still slept well. This morning at 9am, a lady knocked on our door so that she could empty our rubbish bin (we were not impressed! Surely she could have changed it a bit later rather than waking us up) and when we came back to our room tonight, the room had not been cleaned and no fresh towels (note: all towels looked worn out and often had holes in them). However, there was no problem when we asked for fresh ones and they brought them to our room quite quickly. The free broadband internet is slow but workable but you'll need to pay a 20RMB deposit for the cable! Also, the kettle looked so dirty that we didn't dare to use it. But overall, this hotel is cheap for Shanghai and had availability during expo and the Oct 1 National Day. It's 5mins walk from the Chifeng Rd metro station. But we would look elsewhere next time if we were back in Shanghai.

我们的浴室非常脏——当我们在这里办理完入住手续之后,我们就发现厕所的座便器的盖已经坏了,而且盖上还有污渍,我们还得自己清理。关键是淋浴盘上还有霉菌。 这里的房间非常旧——跟照片上看到的一点都不一样。这里的特大号床铺跟中国其他酒店的一样硬,但是我们依然睡的很好。今天早晨9点的时候,有一位女士来敲我们的门,她是想为我们清理房间里的垃圾桶(这一点都没有让我们觉得欣慰!我们觉得她完全可以晚些时候再来,干嘛要把我们敲醒,影响我们休息呢?)晚上的时候,我们回到自己的房间,房间已经被打扫过了,而且没有干净的毛巾(注意:所有的毛巾看起来都很旧了,有的还有洞)。但当我们问他们有新毛巾吗的时候,他们倒是也没嫌麻烦,马上就送到我们的房间里了。 这里有免费的宽带,按时很慢,可是也能用,但是如果你要网线的话,还得交20块钱的押金!而且,这里的热水壶看起来很脏,我们根本就不敢用! 但是,总体上来说的话,在上海来说这家酒店还是非常便宜的,而且即使在世博会加国庆期间都有房间,从赤峰路地铁站过来的话步行也就五分钟。但是下次如果我们再来上海的话,我们一定要去找其他的地方!

上面标示的是二星级宾馆，但是进去后，感觉比较一般，服务还成，但是卫生有点小问题，被褥上当时还有头发，比较受不了。其他的就是位于赤峰路上，是个单行道，出行只能打车或步行至地铁站。

I don`t want to be negative ,but after flying all the way to China from the States, checking into our room at this place was a supreme disappointment. The floors hadn`t been vacuumed in I don`t how long, The bathroom reeked of urine and the ceiling over the shower stall was moldy and sagging. We asked for a new room and the new one was marginally better. Hooker call cards were scattered about, I think when they say Business Hotel, the`re talking about the sex trade. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
