服务很差，感觉不周到，态度还可以，不会爱理不理的。他们家在装修，装修的味道很大，装修的也不行，是现代这种风格。有提供早餐，早餐很简单，牛奶不能喝，太稀了。房间的面积还算可以，厕所太差劲了，有味道，时间长了受不了，给服务员说了让他们喷点空气清新剂，但是也不管用，味道太大了，洗澡还行，二十四小时热水，不会忽冷忽热。交通还算便利一点。

年代久了，里面是2000年，02年建的，当时是最豪华的酒店了，也不是落后了。房间里面带麻将桌，电视、沙发，里面还带一个房。卫生情况干净，房间有那么多就差不多了。早餐也比较丰富，还有煎鸡蛋吃。这里住得人也不多，服务上做得挺好，我不记得发现保安了吗。我记得往北走就是洱海公园，当时车上有导航。

带朋友来住的，总体感觉不错，只有一点就是我们要的是单间，感觉空间比较小，但也没有感觉特别压抑的那种小，其他的方面倒是还好，没有早餐这一点是很要命的，不过不知道现在有没有了

I have to say something bad about the hotel. I booked a Single Room for three nights at the hotel through my agent in Jan. And because of my late check in, I guaranteed the room by my credit card. However to my astonishment, the staff at the reception who speaks little English said no reservation records could be found under my name when I reach the hotel! Since it is very late at night, I have no choice but to stay as a walk-in guest. The room rate is 50RMB higher than that the agent offered! The next day, I contacted my agent to solve the problem; they told me that the reservation was indeed settled under my name. But the hotel receptionist told my agent that I was no show, and they would draw the first night room fee from my credit card as penalty. This is ridiculous! What a sick trick! I have to pay 50RMB more and one more night room charge for the stupid mistake of the receptionist. When my agent tried to rebook the room with a preferential price for me, the hotel definitely refused, they insist on keeping me as the walk-in client, because they could earn extra from me! I’d rather check out and find another hotel immediately. I will never choose this hotel in all my rest life! Be careful if you travel abroad…

交通好一些，就是购物差了一些，没有什么大型的商场。采光一般，房间的窗户小了一点，硬件设施有点陈旧了。酒店里面有餐厅，很好吃，
