酒店还好。千万别从酒店拿任何旅游套装。我的个人经历很糟糕。如果你喜欢冒险,在你付款之前请事先确认一下巴士。我坐的巴士就又脏又臭。

服务特别好，当是我们进去的时候是他们经理带我们进去的，我感觉他的一举一动都特别的周到，服务特别的好，一些小细节都做的特别的好，比如我们进电梯的时候就会主动帮我们按电梯、说一些比较贴切的话，给我们一种顾客至上、特别亲切的感觉。

The location of this hotel is fantastic -- just off the main Haixiu Road shopping street, and within walking distance (if the weather is cool) of Jiefang Road shopping district (20min). Just behind the Civil Aviation Hotel where the airport shuttle drops off and picks up, just walk down the lane at the side of the hotel building where you are dropped off. Service was top notch, with all staff and the reservations manager assisting me like in a 5-star hotel. the building however is old, and way past its prime with most facilities and attached areas closed off -- feels like a faded ghost town somewhat! The room dates from the same era ('80s) and is in serious need of upgrade, with carpet peeling, bathroom in functional, but not ideal condition. Cleanliness was remarkable given the age of the place, so top marks to the housekeeping staff. Business centre was adequate, and extremely cheap internet access (most things in Haikou are still so cheap), and fast connection speed. The restaurant is disappointing, with poor ambience and dismal food. Overall it is good value if you need just a bed to sleep on and a convenient location. Bookings are much cheaper via the hotel directly, and easier if you speak Mandarin. Would definitely consider if on a budget, but if you can spend more then the nearby Xinyuan Hotspring Hotel probably offers slightly more comfort.

通过酒店网站我预订了这里,豪华房(deluxe room)230元一晚。房间又大又干净,有迷你酒吧,带网络的台式电脑,水壶和免费的茶。电视机有两个英语频道(亚洲新闻和一个电影频道),但是有点中文频道晚上也会播放英文纪录片。 至于泳池、桑拿和健身中心...不是功能不全、关闭就是特别脏。员工非常亲切,但是晚班好像没有会说英语的服务员,但是他们会打电话给翻译。酒店位于市中心,一个配有大型杂货店的购物中心就在50米外。

装修的外观和大堂很大气，因为是一家比较老牌的四星级酒店。还有餐饮的配套的还不错，主要偏南方菜的，菜品的种类和口味还是不错的。我入住的是比较高层的楼层，房间的空间很大，只是卫生间里面的洁具比较老了点，有点发黄了。并且它家的性价比还可以，价钱也是不错的。酒店的前台的服务员是微笑似的服务。而且这家店位于海口的以前最繁华的地方，商场高楼林立，还有交通设施像公交车都有，交通还是很便利的。
