北京温馨学生绿色公寓点评

附近空气好，交通非常方便，而且还很安静，没有因为楼下的车多而影响休息。屋里的电视挺清楚的，就是没有洗衣机和饮水机，想喝点儿热水都没有。希望能增加改善设施条件。

酒店周边环境一般，交通也是一般，没有公园和景点，酒店里面设施不太好，床单被罩不能及时更换，服务员也很瘦啊，根本忙不过来，房间宽敞，设施齐全，只是希望及时更换床单。

房间不是很大，有点小，设施也不完备，服务不是很满意 ，周边坐车不方便，空气也不好，环境很差，小吃不多，我觉得这不是一家适合大家住的酒店。

我住的还是比较舒适的，房间的设施比较齐全电视空调都有也挺好用的，就是没有网络，没有网不方便，有笔记本也没什么用了，建议酒店安装网络。

来北京旅行的人提到住宿的时候常常会艳羡富人的奢华生活,无奈囊中羞涩。北京既有些巨大奢华的美国、欧洲、日本和中国的酒店,也有些低档的酒店。新燕城宾馆则恰好处在这中间,在给你提供一个安静住宿的同时让你看到一个真实的中国。 新燕城宾馆是一个干净、舒适的小宾馆(117间客房),房客既有当地的中国人也有游客。宾馆刚刚开业一年,客房装修现代简约。浴室是西式的,巴黎风格装修。淋浴的水压很好,而且全天都提供热水。宾馆还有些不错的设施,比如大堂里的酒吧(那里的咖啡非常好喝!),有线电视、免费的宽带上网接口。2层还有一个商务中心。尽管酒店处在一个繁华的街道,但是房间隔音效果很好,很安静。员工工作高效,尽管他们的英语水平和我的中文水平差不多!但是他们还是尽力地帮助我们,而且的确也给了我们很大的帮助。240元人民币一晚,包括早餐,这很划算。 尽管宾馆本身就很令人喜欢,但最棒的其实是酒店的位置。宾馆位于城市的东南角,挨着三环路。离机场有点远——35公里,但是离火车站不远。离一些景点,比如天坛以及红桥市场都不远。离北京地铁5号线的刘家窑站只有三条街的距离,如果你没有感受过北京的路面交通的话,那么你很快就会明白,在北京坐地铁是出行的最好方式。 关于酒店位置的另一个很好的地方就是宾馆并没有位于熙熙攘攘的旅游区,而是北京当地人的市井生活区。附近有很多小型的夫妻商店,另外宾馆对面的院子里也有一个大超市。宾馆后面是一个大型的菜市场。那里有很多食品摊,另外酒店前面的院子里还有很多露天的餐厅。住在这家宾馆你能体会到北京的市井生活,这种感觉非常好——人们都很友好、互相帮助、以各自独特的方式生活在一起。尽管,就像我们去过的别的国家一样,事实上北京对我们来说也是外国,但是在新燕城宾馆住了几天以后,这里让我有一种家的感觉。 我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验北京真实市井生活而又想住得舒适的人。

Travelers to Beijing suffer an embarrassment of riches when it comes to accommodations. There is everything from huge ostentatious American, European, Japanese and Chinese hotels to scruffy hostels. The Xinyancheng hotel strikes a balance which gives you a slice of the real China. The Xinyancheng is a clean and comfortable small (117 rooms) hotel that caters to both the local Chinese population and tourists. It opened only a year ago and the rooms are modern and simple. The bathrooms are western and have large parisian style, wet-room showers with excellent water pressure and lots of hot water at all hours. There are good amenities like a lobby bar (with good coffee!), cable television, free broadband internet. There is a business center on the second floor. Although on a busy street, the insulation is good and it is quiet. The staff is very helpful although their English is about as bad as my Mandarin! They tried very hard to be helpful and gave great support to our trip. At $31 US including breakfast, it's a great deal. Although the hotel itself is lovely, its most significant attribute may be its location. It is in the southeastern corner of the city by the third ring road. It is far from the airport - 35 km but not far from the railway station. It is not far from tourist sites like the Temple of Heaven and the Hongchaio market. It is only three blocks from the Liujiayao station on the new #5 line on the Beijing subway - and if you've never experienced Beijing traffic you will learn that the subway is the best way to go. The other great thing about the location is that it is not in a hotel infested tourist area but in a Beijing residential neighborhood with great street life. There are numerous small neighborhood mom and pop shops as well as a large supermarket in a courtyard directly across from the hotel. There is a great farmers' market just behind the hotel. There are dozens of small food stands, including a nice outdoor restaurant in the court in front of the hotel. Staying in this hotel is staying in a typical urban community in Beijing and it has a great feel to it - friendly and helpful in a very personal kind of way. Although Beijing seemed as foreign as any place I'd ever been, after a few days at the Xinyancheng, I felt genuinely at home here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to really experience urban life in Beijing without sacrificing amenities.

因为地下有练歌厅，很吵，虽然临街，不怎么好找，地毯颜色浅，所以比较脏，家具比较破旧，价格比较贵，床单地毯有烟洞，附近有超市，比较方便

觉得它的卫生和服务都比较好。它有提供一次性的洗具用品，像牙膏、牙刷等，冲凉房和洗脸台没有隔开。但有一些防滑措施如防滑垫什么之类的。进入大堂有休息区，就像沙发什么的。大堂的大小还可以。服务员的服务态度和办事效率都比较好，就办理住房和退房没有等很长时间。房间的大小跟一般的标间都差不多。它的彩光通风都还可以，交通方便，走不远就是地铁，再就是宾馆大门对面那就是公交车站。晚上睡觉，隔音效果还好，不会影响到休息。它的装修和应件设施一般，它的装修风格的色调是米黄色的。感觉还蛮舒服的。没有提供免费的早餐。
