是台湾知名的酒店.在上海现在也有了.上海的东方商旅听酒店介绍也是由台湾著名的设计师设计的. 这里很适合商旅人士入住! 住在这里,可以看到上海的外滩风光!蛮不错的!!! 这家酒店的建筑风格有东方元素!个人很喜欢! 酒店的服务很好!全天供应咖啡和点心! 最方便的是房间里的酒店可以带出门.很方便!

酒店在外滩旁，VIEW 绝对赞的！！！外滩建筑博览群、黄浦江还有对岸的陆家嘴美景一览无遗！！！酒店给我像家的感觉，细节方面做得很到位。私密性也很好，底楼是Concierge，Check In是在三楼， 前台小姐也很亲切。进了房间，视野很是开阔，两个大大的落地窗，看出去的都是一幅画，美！我住的那天正好外滩改造竣工仪式，绝对的现场的直播！！很值！VIEW绝对推荐的

Airport/Hotel Transfer: I was moving from the Park Hyatt because I want to stay somewhere closer to my mom’s hotel so I didn’t need any airport transfer. 

Check-in: I arrived at the hotel before 8am but the tour company called them ahead to inform them that I am coming in early to drop my stuff before going to Hangzhou but will return later that evening. Check-in was pretty straightforward, they had all my documents printed out and ready for my signature when I came in, so I was out of the hotel in less than 10 minutes. Upon my return I simply retried my keys and went up to my room. I just wish that they were thoughtful enough to send my bags to the room without being told. 

Room: The room was big and very spacious and the layout was very intuitive. Upon entering the room there are two closets flanking the entryway to the bathroom and straight ahead is the doorway to the actual room. The designers were smart enough to provide a good size closet so that your luggage could fit right in. The room feels more like an apartment than a hotel room, which is a nice change however the room temp seems to be a bit difficult to control as it felt a bit warm during the night despite the fact that the display says it was at 20 degrees but apart from that the room was very nice. Bed: Bed was very comfortable not really too soft and not hard either, however the control panel for the rooms lights was built in such a way that it sticks out from the bedside table where you could hit going in and out of bed. Bathroom: was pretty big with a separate shower and tub (which I always prefer). The toilet seat is automatic but less features as those in the Park Hyatt. I had a problem with the shower since I don’t know which knob to turn, after 5 minutes of turning water finally started coming out. Breakfast: Breakfast is served at 7-10am daily but since my tour with my mom leaves at 7am also I decided to just skip it. Check-out: Check-out was quite fast there were several people checking out at the same time, but the team facilitated them quite fast and without incident. Overall Evaluation: I wouldn’t mind staying here again, for the price it’s a pretty good steal. Although the Fairmont Peace hotel would be a more “central” choice but when I checked it they don’t seem to have views. The Peninsula is nice but could be very expensive and the Hyatt on the Bund is just not on THE Bund anymore.

第一次到中国,并且是自由行,主要是全家人想到世博凑热闹,网路上看了很多的资料,知道自己安排的行程需要走狠多的路,透过旅行社知道东方商旅,位置就在外滩,而且离豫园,南京路步行街又近,所以就订了3间房,酒店果然名不虚传,View很不错,是个很幽静高雅的酒店,住宿的心情狠好,当晚上疲惫的回到酒店舒服的泡在浴缸裡,还可以边看外滩的夜景及东方明珠,一天的疲累都消失了,这是一个可以完全放松自我的地方.

我能说什么,这间酒店提供你想要的一切。首先地理位置很出色,刚好位于外滩(The Bund),从房间里可以欣赏到绝妙的景色。宽大的房间非常时尚,里面装了地板,装了瓷砖的浴室里有各种不错的用品,床也很舒适。酒店的员工团队非常乐于助人。所有的要求都会得到快速的回应,他们也很乐意在出行路线和出租车等方面提供帮助。 酒店里有间很棒的酒吧,可以坐在里面悠闲地喝上一杯或是喝咖啡,在一天结束的时候也是休息的好地方,酒吧区还有电脑。早餐非常不错,只用轻松坐着,就可以点到大量的热菜和冷菜选择,麦片,糕点,水果和鸡蛋。酒店靠近南京路和沟渠去,乘坐出租车或是渡轮很快就可以前往2010年世博园。还会再次入住——令人愉快的时尚酒店,但是仍有过去的感觉。

This hotel opened in April 2010, and when I visited in late October it still had a sign outside which said "soft opening April 2010" In other words ...it is still working out all the kinks! The building itself is one of the original buildings on the Bund and probably dates from the middle of the 19th century, so what they have tried to do is fit a very zen, very ultramodern shell, inside an old building. The furnishings are fabulous, the rooms very spare, modern , and with low lighting. The staff are all very helpful and try very hard, especially if you have a problem. The location is exceptional, and so close to everything that you can easily walk. There are some problems which they are still working out but in the end it should be a great choice

如果不把床簾拉下來，全外灘的人都可以看到我在洗澡（笑）；但，從房間中看出去的view非常棒，酒店位置也非常好。如果要說缺點，就是外頭太亮太熱鬧，捨不得睡。

住的房间是面向外滩的房间，每天晚上都能看见东方明珠的美丽景色，地理位置相当的优越，而且值得一提的是房间的床垫非常舒服。

酒店的前台设在3楼电梯上去后的右手边，在此你可以看到复古钢琴和诸多古董。 酒店的咖啡厅可以自助、免费地享用咖啡、茶水以及上网服务，环境雅致。同时坐在咖啡厅里还能从窗中看到外滩的景色，下午看看书、喝喝茶、聊聊天，感觉还是很不错的。 酒店的二楼是餐厅，有块区域是打造成自助开放式的桌子，这个想法很特别。早餐自助品种虽算不上特别多，但是食物的品质还是不错的。 我住的房间能够看到外滩景致非常地满意，突然能够感受到住的不止是店，还有风景。洗浴的浴缸处就能直接看外滩景象。厕所是toto的按摩座垫，体验了一把，有意思。 总体来说性价比还是很高的，值得一住，不过千万得提前预订，不然可不易住到心仪的房间哦～阅外滩房的景观最好，因为它正好在整个楼层靠外滩的转角处，视野较为开阔。

酒店大门看起来很朴素，但就是这样藏起来的入口才更有感觉。一层只有礼宾部，坐电梯到3楼才是大堂。酒店里有很多古色古香的摆件，一楼就能看到很多复古的箱子和高尔夫用品。据说酒店里这些收藏都是总经理个人的宝贝。房间里设施很现代化，最喜欢的是特别订制的浴缸，很宽大，可以泡到脖子。

The Hotel is in a perfect location, on the bund .The staff service was excellent, the rooms were so well thought out, with all the little touches added,with fantastic views. We had bund deluxe room £190 per night but worth it. I would recommend this hotel if you stay in Shanghai.

我们从8月4号到7号住的这家酒店。我必须要说我在这里住得非常开心。一切都很新,房间设计地非常好。首先,从我的房间里向外看去,景色非常美。我可以看到黄浦江两岸,房间就正对着码头。我要指出的另一点是,你要是摁下“打扫房间”的按钮,员工会在10分钟内赶到,来给你打扫房间(但是只是在上午)。除了房间,服务也是无可挑剔的。那里的每个人都很乐于帮忙,总是努力地给予帮助。我还想提到的是礼宾员(他的名字叫Leo)总是不厌其烦地帮我们计划,还主动帮我们订世博会的特惠票。 我要报怨的唯一事情就是房间里的木地板非常滑。 要是有人要来上海,我肯定会推荐他住这个精品酒店的。

Loved the style and elegance. A feeling of calm as compared with the bigger name hotels. Quiet and warm service. Good view of the river. The exterior is an old building and what lies within complements that in terms of decor and style. I normally stay at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway hotel recently as well as under it's previous management but they have raised prices without backing it with intrinsic value. They have become another soul-less hotel. I really liked this hotel and while there is always room for improvement, this hotel is already fairly high up on the scale. A hotel services directory is a necessity that was missing. I hope they do it elegant and classy rather than have multiple flyers. The bathroom sink, though newish must have been cleaned with some really strong cleaning material (Room#2101) -maybe even acid!! So it looks really really bad. Apart from this, taxis were not that easy to get outside the hotel (as compared with others). For my next stay, I would choose this over the Pullman.

I chose this hotel based completely on the Trip Advisor reviews.....and I was not disappointed. The room was lovely and comfortable with many creature comforts, such as a Japanese toilet and a flashlight in the nightstand. The view of the river and Pudong skyline from my room was great. The fitness center was superb (and actually is not mentioned in the Trip Advisor description, but should be). I connected easily with the free wireless internet. The free breakfast included a good array of items that Westerners would like (such as made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit) and several lovely rooms to eat it in. The hotel is very clean, newly renovated, nicely designed and decorated, and the service was pleasant. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for one night as a leisure trip to enjoy the Bund area of Shanghai. We were exceedingly impressed by the location, phenomenal interior design, views of the river and attentive staff with excellent English.

My friend and I stayed at Les Suites Orient for one night in mid-Oct. Our room was facing the Bund and we really enjoyed the view. The staff was so helpful and with excellent English. As I am 'I Prefer' member, I received free bottle of house wine plus free upgrade. So, at the end, we were staying at bund deluxe room That's a bonus for us. Cheers... However, we were there at around 2:30 pm and our room was not ready until 4:15 pm. Great the hotel had a lounge with free refreshment and wireless internet. We stayed at the lounge during our wait. Definitely, we will come back on our next visit.

We stayed the last night of 7 in this hotel (last of 3 hotels). It is located on the Bund directly across from the ferry system and a short walk to restaurants, shopping and night life. We were upgraded to a corner river view room upon arrival. This hotel is elegant and upscale. All the details both in the room and in the public areas are exceptional. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Shanghai.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in mid November 2010. Very happy with the location, the room itself, the service and the staff. Will definitely stay there again.

酒店的咖啡厅可以自助、免费地享用咖啡、茶水以及上网服务，环境雅致。同时坐在咖啡厅里还能从窗中看到外滩的景色，下午看看书、喝喝茶、聊聊天，感觉还是很不错的。周边环境非常好，在房间里面就可以看见外滩，因为房间是落地窗。前台设在3楼，前台小姐很漂亮也很亲切，声音很温柔的，在此你还可以看到复古钢琴和诸多古董。

台湾商会开的第一家五星级酒店，酒店的每一个角落布置的都很有亮点，每一处都会摆一个很古老的东西，像会有一拍就会闪的四四方方的照相机，还有油声机之类的，细节方面做得很精致，相对都是很原木的装修，装修得并不是很奢华，而且采用哪种很低调的奢华，让人看着很舒服。然后房间设计的也很有现代感，卫生间里面配备的浴缸也很棒，会有很多的功能，浴巾也很棒。酒店所在的位置也特别好，每个房间都是正对着黄浦江，然后酒店的下面就是新建的外滩码头。这里的服务人员的服务质量也很高，给我的感觉像日本人的服务。
