做为一家客栈，他们所提供给我的超过了我的想象。很高兴当初选择了这里，店主的热情、环境的舒适、服务的周到……这一切让我至今难忘。

这里距离古城就5分钟路程。房间很舒服,服务员友好热心。Kevin会提供附近山峰该去哪儿的好建议,还会帮你到那儿。 会再来的。

几件简单整洁的房间、一个舒适的院子、和热情健谈的客栈主人 走路去古城就3分钟 有图书交换(book exchange)、有租自行车，每晚还准备了温馨的家常菜 不亏是lonely planet推荐的客栈 下次去香格里拉，一定还会去

Kevin和他的妻子Becky是我在中国见过的最友好最热情的人了。客栈有个非常可爱的院子,位置也不错,很干净很舒适,我住的期间,这里正在院子里面修一个酒吧。很酷!绝对还会来这里。

网上人气，推荐比较高的客栈，去了还想在去的地方，老板人很好，很热情，会给你很好的去哪儿玩的建议，有一个很舒心的院子，房间也很舒服，推荐，不过我是国庆节期间去的，所以价格比平时贵了不少了，

龙门客栈看似没有什么特别 但是入住后发现老板非常的热情也非常的前卫，院子里有很多旅行之家的气息。门洞里贴有周边各处的风俗和景点介绍 非常方便 距离四方街也很近 有浓浓的香格里拉的味道

I confirmed a double room with a double bed for me and my wife and was quoted a double room rate of 100 Yuan by Kevin himself. Unfortunately when we arrived the price had become 120 Yuan. Their response to the situation was, "Go find another place". Quality places will typically try to accommodate travelers, or to reach a compromise in this situation instead of telling them to take a hike. Pretty poor customer service in my book. Instead we are left stranded with our bags by the side of the road after taking the time and expense to travel to their place. By the way their location is out of the way, in a commercial district next to a noisy road, quite a ways away from the old town which is teeming with hostels and guest houses that are friendly places right in the heart of things. From Kevin's you have quite a trek to old town; if you stay in old town you step out your door into the swirl of cultural activity most travelers are seeking.

I stayed at Kevin's and felt right at home. The family is so lovely, I met great fellow travelers while I was there and I don't think I have slept as well as I did at Kevin's since I left. When I returned from a 3 day side trip to Dequin, it felt like coming home again after being away for a long time. I'm tempted to visit Shangri-la a third time just to stay at my home away from home that is Kevin's!

赶了一天的车，深夜下榻客栈，七扭八拐达住宿，只知有水有石，空气沁人心脾。 一早便被鸟叫醒，晨练环步四周，只觉处处巧夺天工，流连忘返。

We stayed here for 2 nights mid-April. It was very cold still, but there was 24/7 hot water and electric blankets in our room. We stayed on the second floor of what seemed to be a newer building. The room itself was nice and well-lit. It had sliding glass doors as the entrance and sliding glass doors to the bathroom. One star off for the bathroom not being thoroughly cleaned (there were clumps of hair in the shower) and there was nothing but the glass to block the view of your partner using the toilet (cozy up!!) Otherwise, the owners were incredibly nice and very helpful. They spoke English very well. They also had 2 very well-behaved German shepherds. Oh, this inn was a bit tricky to get to - our driver kept driving up and down the same block for 5-10 minutes!! As you turn on Tuanjie Rd from the main road, there will be a sign on your left that points forward on Tuanjie Rd and states that it is only 50 meters. However, I think this sign was confusing because it was not further up on the road - you had to make a right into a non-named alleyway and the inn is at the end of the alleyway. Our taxi driver ended up calling the owners, who walked out on Tuanjie Rd to spot us. If you have trouble, definitely just call them.

我发现在香格里拉，每一家客栈都是有小院子的，发满了盆栽，养一下花花鸟鸟，中间放一小藤椅或吊椅，还有饮茶工具，房间里布置的很有民族风情，脱离了凡尘，带给客人舒适安逸的温暖.....店主也是非常热道一个人，但唯一的缺点价钱有点太高，经济方面有点拮据的旅人，可以都找找，其实还有一些价格合适的客栈，环境也是不错的，只是在小镇边缘一点点的地方，这是我后来才发现的...

Kevin and his wife who run the guesthouse together are really awesome. They give you great info and the maps on their flyer are really useful. Also the guesthouse has a great vibe and people who stay here are really friendly and a great source of info for traveling and treking all over China. Both the dorm and rooms are clean and nice and have electric blankets. Hot showers are a definate plus and its location close to old town is quite good.

我傍晚到的龙门客栈，不是太容易找到。整个客栈只有我1个中国人，满院子，酒吧的老外，也不知道老外们怎么找到这的。很是让我不适应了一会儿。当我结结巴巴地用英文跟老外们交流起来，我发现这里却是1个交流旅途信息和经验的好地方，和我们中国人比起来，这帮老外都是自己玩自己的。每个人都有自己独特的经历。我算是烦了所谓的跟团，还有貌似自由行的散客拼团，从昆明大理丽江到香格里拉真没让我少吃苦头。在kevin的桌上拿了1张他自制的信息图，什么都有了。在香格里拉的三天里，我不但看到了神秘的寺庙，美丽的草原，雄伟的雪山，热情的藏民，还交到了许多外国朋友。从他们的口中了解了许多我没去过的地方的旅游信息，为我下一次的旅行做了提前准备。

这里的房子是老旧的中式瓦房，不过屋里干净明亮。院里葱郁的树木花草让我不敢相信自己置身高原的香格里拉，我印象里这里应该是寒冷，高海拔，除了草原那一点绿色和强烈的紫外线，并不适合人们停留。不过看着花园争相绽放的樱花，玫瑰，杜鹃，还有数不出名字的各种小花。静静坐在暖和酒吧里喝着冰啤酒的我，早就忘了这是高原藏区了

店主人很好的，喜欢他们家院子里的玫瑰花，开得很漂亮，房间很干净，不管有什么问题都可以问老板，很热心，除了有点难找之外，当时出租车转了两圈才看到标志，不过离古城很近很好
