性价比还可以，高层的比较好，十楼的可以看到海。房间还可以，里面设备还不错。在闹市区，在那个中国国际水产城旁边，街道味道不是很好，比较臭。地理位置不错，离那个沈家门长途汽车站，步行也只要五分钟吧；离沈家门桃花岛那个码头，步行五分钟也就到啦；还有就是那边有卖干货的市场。

性价比非常好，坐车很方便，公交车，打车都可以，在闹市区，街道味道很难闻。价格比较高用于商务比较可以，酒店装修跟别的酒店都一样，没有什么新颖的。卫生打扫的还可以，设施和舒适度非常那个好。毛巾都是一次性的，就是价位比较高一些。

We travelled to Shenjiamen during the May National Holiday so this was one of the few hotels left with reasonable prices. In the slow season, I'm sure other hotels would be better value for money. The Mingdu Hotel is a little shabby. The carpet in our room definitely needed a steam clean. The toilet also had some niggling plumbing issues that plague hotel rooms in China. Otherwise, the room is clean and standard in design. A free computer with Internet connection was provided. The hotel has two major pluses. Firstly, the location is excellent for those who arrive by bus or plan to visit Taohuadao (Peach Blossom Island). It is a ten minute walk from the hotel to the Shenjiamen Bus Station and a twenty minute walk to the ferry pier for Peach Blossom Island. It is a ten minute taxi ride to the ferry pier for Putuoshan. There is also a KFC and a Taiwanese-style coffee shop within walking distance. The hotel service is excellent. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about local tourism sites. Ferries for the various islands leave from different piers so a cooperative reception desk makes sightseeing much easier. We had an interesting view of a harbour area from our room and at night we could see the lights of the Zhujiajian Island bridge. The Mingdu Hotel is not luxurious but it offers a good location and service for a moderate price.
