杭州华东客房点评

房间宽敞，配套的硬件设施完备。乘公交、地铁、出租方便。西湖就在附近很近，优美。房间隔音效果很好！服务体贴，着装干净整齐。无什么意见和建议！

装修还可以，就是早餐太差，再就是餐饮服务质量不高，价格高了，而且味道不好，房间到还可以，卫生条件和服务质量还是满意。

We were recently on a travel tour in China. During one of the stops for our trip, we stayed one night at the Relax Hotel in Hangzhou. This was the WORST hotel in the tour. Upon walking into the lobby for check-in, all you could smell was cigarette smoke even though no smokers were visibly present. Even though we had non-smoking rooms, the rooms also smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room floor did not appear to be vacumned - as a result, we kept our socks and shoes on. There was no tissue available in the room. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was not as tasty as our other hotels during the tour, nor was the food selection as good. One of our tour companions had a room where there was a wall in their bathroom that literally opened up to concrete and pipes when pushed. It was like the movies where you pushed on the wall, and it opened... quite surprising and quite frightening since there was definitely enough space for a person to hide in there.

酒店周边交通和服务真的很不错,出行坐车方便。酒店有自己的餐厅,可以就餐,当时去正在搞活动。服务员也很有礼貌,都是用礼貌用语。我们住的时候都会问一些事情，或要什么东西,然后都会给送过来。

We were part of a tour group and as a result, we were subjected to this place they call a hotel. I was surprised to learn that it was a recently built hotel. The carpets appear as if they have never been vacuumed since installed. Rooms were outdated and cheaply furnished. Even for China standards, it was sub-par. The rooms were small and had an unbearable stench. There were no closets; a coat rack was provided instead. Bedding and towels did not seem fresh. I wonder if they were being re-used in order to cut costs. Breakfast was equally disappointing. It lacked variety and the choices that were there, were of low quality. If you have the luxury of choosing a hotel, you would be wise to look elsewhere.

蛮干净的，床很舒服，就是隔音效果一般，晚上有回来比较晚的客人，就有点吵了，洗手间不错，个人对洗手间要求还是蛮高的。。。

周边环境不错，比较安静安全没有什么杂七杂八的东西，旁边就是体育馆，有超市有一些餐饮也不错，去市中心打车也比较方便，性价比方面非常好，价格也不是很高。

总体来讲很不错的一家酒店。服务态度很好，房间里的卫生也十分干净，吃的东西也很不错，玩了三四天一直住在那，感觉很好

全酒店工作人员见到人，就会亲切的道声“您好”，让人感觉很舒服。房间很大，整体颜色是绿色和黄色的搭配，很温馨。交通方便，出门5分钟不到的脚程就是车站

走了一天，在该酒店，休息环境不错，服务也很周到，房间布置很温馨，住着非常享受和舒服，有机会到杭州还是会到该酒店住宿！

居住的酒店服务周到，环境不错，居住舒适，、服务优良。总体来说还是不错的，早餐的选择就是单一点了，希望能改进点，谢谢店家给的服务。

这家宾馆条件很好，服务也不错，值得推荐。我记得因为旅游流动性大，我害怕换洗衣服不会干，她们知道后，忙指导我到洗衣间将衣服风干，让我安心。这种服务很贴心。
