平安旅馆（深圳安乐店）点评

我最近和家人在这里住了个三卧室的公寓。这个服务公寓很新,干净,有你停留期间需要的所有设施。很接近蛇口港,那里附近有个大超市。但是如果你想在罗湖或者东门购物的话,要准备坐45分钟的出租车啦。 自助早餐很好的。健身房和泳池都是新的。我们公寓免费的无线网络不稳定。不属于高速,不错的是这就要改善了。 职员的总体服务和态度优秀,他们快捷,友好,乐于助人,但是能用英语的不多。因为开业不长,我相信这会改善的。

我住的是两室一厅的，才800多，要是家庭出游的话非常好，我们当时是三个人感觉非常宽敞，客厅、餐厅、厨房包括厨房餐具都配齐全的；而且那边修了一个港口，从花园城去香港很方便的，整个过程应该不到一个小时。公寓里很干净整洁，有家居式的感觉，就跟家里面一样，有一百来个平方呢，还有一个很漂亮的阳台，每个房间都有的。

有很多外国人住的，是国际性酒店，房间是带厨房的，旁边有沃尔玛超市。适合一家人出去住的，和家的感觉差不多。服务挺好的，行李服务也都有的，早餐也都有，酒店位置很不错的，去机场很方便。房间的装修时新加坡风格的，酒店比较新，卫生很好。管理很好，在我住过的国内的酒店这个还是排前的呢。

I recently stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with my family. The serviced apartments are new , clean and have all the facilities you need for an extended stay. The are very close to the SheKou ferry terminal and there is a large supermarket close by. However, if you are intending to spend a few days shopping at Luohu or Dongmen, then be prepared for 45 minute Taxi rides. (approx 80 RMB) The breakfast buffet was very good. Gym equipment & pool are all new. The free wireless internet was not reliable in our apartment and could not be described as high speed. Hopefully, this will be improve. The overall service and attitude of the staff was excellent. They were prompt, friendly and helpful , but not many of the staff were experienced with english. As they have not been opened very long, I'm sure this will improve over time.

工作关系在这里长住了一段时间，在这里居住的基本都是长期客。 本人入住的单人房，40平米左右，房间非常舒适，尤其是床和卫生间。 由于老妈时不时地会过来照看我一下，厨房利用率挺高。 硬件设施方面基本无可挑剔，但服务人员的素质有待提高。前台的服务人员基本不太微笑，客人进进出出也当没看见，这点跟其他的四五星级酒店相当很远。 酒店出门就是车站，出行比较方便。去沃尔玛超市也很近，买东西吃饭都很方便。

Great value - nice clean large room with balcony. All facilities in room. Breakfast simple but good quality. Good pool and fitness center with nice views. Will definitely stay again.

服务很好而且硬件设施也不错，楼顶上有露天的泳池，酒店有健身房，餐厅也很好，是花园公寓晚上灯光小花园都很漂亮，服务人员感觉很温暖服务得很全面比如有一天出去回来后把衣服都收拾得很好，地理位置在深圳不算繁华的地段但是酒店门口就是有一个车站，是家庭式公寓有厨房洗衣间感觉很温暖，卫生条件很好。

Amazingly appointed apartments! Very clean and spacious! But... Unsafe We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment on the 21st floor, our travelling companions occupied the same size and style apartment 1 floor below us! We booked this apartment with "private time" in mind, a room for us, a room for our friend and a room for the kids! It had everything you could imagine including a washer drier, which came in very hand at that point of our holiday! 3 bathrooms, all amazing, 2 of them ensuite! There was and office that could be used a room for a rollaway bed if you had an extra guest! Plenty of points to plug in your computer! 2 or 3 TVs - with heaps of stations and a DVD Player to occupy the children! The location was good however it was quite far approx 1 hr from Lo Wu, although there is a metro train station near by, making transport easy! It is very close to "Old and New walking Streets"! Shekou port near by also making it easy to leave via ferry! Breakfast was fantastic a huge range food, both Chinese and Western! The staff were friendly and accommodating, cleaners left a huge bowl of oranges for our friend who was ill! And the pest control were more than happy to delay their spraying as we had children in our room! The down side to this accommodation was the SAFTEY, it seems that the property was built with complete disregard for safety, the doors and windows had no locks, making them easily accessible for kids, the 21 story drop kept us nervous the whole time! One of the windows had the air conditioning box directly outside making it level with the balcony railing! Essentially a "platform" for a child to "take their own life"! So rather than having a relaxing time, we could not take our eyes of our kids (3 and 5 years), continually following them around the apartment to ensure they didn't open the windows or doors!! At night we both slept with one child each! But if you are going without kids, awesome place! Bring a electronic translator it will help!
